Natural and biodynamic winery. Since Eric de Sousa great grandfather became a producer in 1948, the domain activity carries out from father to son. In 1986, Eric took over the domain. He became early on interested in Organic growth. He get the organic certification in 2010. In 2000, with Francois Boucher help, he started biodynamic method. As his first trial were successful, the domain became totally biodynamic in 2011. The taste particularity comes from both of the choice of ploit and vinification.
