3- Soothes a cold

In the beer, there is barley. And when you warm up the barley it can improve blood circulation. So next time, you have a cold drink a warm beer.

4- Contains Fiber & B vitamins

Certain dark varieties of beer contain fiber, which can slow down the absorption of alcohol and regulate your digestion. Beer is also rich in B vitamins like folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin and vitamins B6 and B12. These vitamins make your skin soft and smooth, and can reverse pigmentation to some extent.
